Order Cancellation and Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order within 3 days from the date of receiving the product (as stated on the delivery receipt).

  • The product must remain in its original condition.
  • If the product is damaged during shipment, a return can be requested.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, clean, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of payment.
  • Products that cannot be refunded or exchanged include:
    • Dietary supplements
    • Waterless shower sheets
    • Expired or perishable items
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Discounted items, free gifts, or sample products

2. Product Exchange

If a product is defective or incorrect, customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • A valid receipt or proof of payment must be provided.
  • All returned items must include the original packaging and all accompanying accessories, and must be sent back within 7 days after receiving approval for exchange.
  • Products that have been modified, repaired, or are custom-made cannot be exchanged or returned.

3. Product Return

Customers may request a return according to the conditions above by contacting Valor Health’s Customer Service Department within the specified period.
Please wait for return confirmation from our staff before shipping the item back via Thailand Post or a designated courier.

4. Refunds

4.1 For Credit Card Payments

Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed via credit card.
The transaction will be voided, and the credit limit will be restored according to the card issuer’s billing cycle — this process may take approximately 15–30 days.

4.2 For Cash Payments

Once the return is approved, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 15–30 business days.
Customers must provide a copy of their ID card, a copy of their bank account, and proof of purchase with every refund request.

5. After-Sales Service / Product Warranty

For product returns under warranty conditions, refunds are not applicable.
However, the company will provide a replacement product if the item is still within the warranty period.

All claims must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of payment.
Products not covered under warranty include damages caused by:

  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Dropping or breaking
  • Modification or alteration of the product
